Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. This page will help you delete your Party Lion account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, bio, profile picture)
- All photos and content you've posted
- Your event RSVPs and attendance history
- Your social connections and followers
- Your preferences and settings
Option 1: Delete from the App
You can delete your account directly from the Party Lion mobile app:
- Open the Party Lion app
- Go to your Profile tab
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision by entering your password
- Tap Delete My Account to confirm
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: Request Account Deletion
If you can't access the app, submit a deletion request below. We'll process your request within 7 business days.
Important Information
30-Day Grace Period: Your account will be deactivated immediately, but data deletion begins after 30 days. You can reactivate within this period by logging in.
Legal Retention: Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records) as required by law.
Backup Data: Download your data before deletion if you want to keep a copy. Go to Settings → Privacy → Download My Data in the app.
